Plan a formulation project across our factory network.
Start with the intended product format and development stage. Then define the information needed to discuss the right production scope and next milestone.

Begin with the product presentation
Our China factory has complete formulation lines covering microneedle, oral and injectable products. A project brief should identify the intended presentation, active material, target market and packaging concept before assigning a manufacturing pathway.
Describe the process requirements
The Thailand factory includes a 1,000 m² GMP workshop with Class 100,000 and Class 10,000 cleanroom areas, plus a lyophilized-powder workshop. Describe the process and document needs of your own project so the relevant scope can be reviewed.
Separate current sites from future expansion
China and Thailand are existing factories. The 1,000 m² Mexico factory is under construction. Treat its future role as part of the network development plan; do not use it as confirmed current production capacity in a sourcing schedule.
Agree what the next milestone must resolve
Identify whether the next discussion concerns material selection, formulation requirements, packaging or documentation. Record what is already decided and what still needs technical review; scope, site allocation and schedule are project-specific.
Prepare a concise project brief
Bring together the active material, presentation, current stage, initial quantity, target market, packaging and requested documents. Add one named owner and a version date for your own team to keep the discussion consistent.
